保養小叮嚀 / Maintenance and Care

1. 不論是否電鍍，金屬氧化現象均屬正常現象，若要恢復金屬光澤度.如果是銀飾可以拭銀布輕輕 擦拭.若是電鍍商品可以用眼鏡布輕輕擦拭.

Metal jewelry begins to dull, which is a natural occurrence when it reacts with the air.
For 925sterling silver, please use silver-polishing cloth to polish it gently to remove tarnish built-up.
For plated jewelry, please use eyeglass cloth to polish it gently to remove tarnish built-up.

2. 避免與香水、化妝品等化學物質接觸；進入溫泉區、遊泳池、海邊或洗澡、游泳、做家事、劇烈運動或搬運重物前，應先取下收納。

Please remove your jewelry before working out, heavy lifting, using or applying any chemical substances, any perfume and make up. Keeping your jewelry away from swimming pool or hot spring is essential too.

3.若不慎碰水，請在稍事清潔後，以吹風機確實吹乾後收納。

Please avoid your jewelry touched water or store in damp conditions, if so ,please clean it and store it after drying thoroughly by hair dryer.

4. 織品麂皮材質上的髒污，可利用乾淨橡皮擦輕輕拭除。

Please use clean eraser to wipe a stain or dirt softly from suede-look fabric.

5.正確的保養收納可以讓你的珠寶飾品保持的很好.建議您在每次佩戴完畢時可以清潔你的珠寶飾品再收入包裝袋密封收納.

With proper care, sterling silver or plated jewelry will last for long time in a good condition. Please always clean your jewelry before sealing it in a plastic or cloth bag to minimize exposure to oxygen, humidity, and damage.

6. 若遇到無法處理之保養問題，歡迎與購買店家聯繫或請專家處理。

If you are not sure about how to take care of your jewelry, please do not hesitate to ask the shop where you purchase or the experts is welcomed.

A View in Amsterdam

Here attached some photos which I took in Amtelveen during visiting my family. Amtelveen is a suburb of Amsterdam. There is a farm & several canals around. So........so nice landscape. I did enjoy ride a bike in the neighborhood.

The first photo,you can see a floor lamp, tv and sofa that are all made of wood & are placed in a corner of the farm. So entertainment and humorous art work which makes the boring farm more interesting and it is keeping cattle company!!! I do like it !!!!

龐畢度 / Pompidou

N年前第一次到巴黎自助時,當時的我可是雙腳萬能, 時常迷路在巴黎街頭即便身上帶著地圖也很隨性憑感覺亂走!其實在巴黎街頭迷路也是一種樂趣.常常不經意可以遇到街頭美景或個性化小店.

我計畫參觀3座美術館,印象中法國的美術館在每一個月的第一個星期天還是周末是不收門票的.當時選了門票最貴的羅浮宮做為第一站再來是奧塞跟羅丹美術館.

ㄧ星期的巴黎自助行光是美術館之旅就花了我好幾天.心裡很想再去逛龐畢度.不過腦容量已經到達極限的我,真的不允許自己再繼續看展!!! 再看下去真的會給它爆炸 !!所以我就在龐畢度裡面跟四周圍嫌晃一下

這次北美館的世外桃源-龐畢度中心收藏展我還沒找個機會過去看!! 我可是很期待夏卡爾的作品呢!!!


題外話:以下是N年前拍的照片! 某次機會我又給它到巴黎時,拍出來的照片都沒第一次拍的好!!!當下在拍照時的手感已經可以感覺出來了!回到台灣看照片時果真........不妙!!! 還是ㄧ個人旅行比較隨性自在啦!!! 心情會說話的!

La Vie 雜誌 - Serena Chen新ㄧ代設計照片

6月號的La vie雜誌有一張Serena Chen的新ㄧ代設計展的展區照片.當初La vie雜誌請我提供幾張新ㄧ代設計展的照片已經是1個月前的事情了! 而且也不知La Vie 雜誌會不會刊出.我也真都忘記這件事情了! 前幾天一位朋友跟我說她在La Vie 雜誌看到我展區照片ㄟ!!! 雖然版面不大不過還滿開心的!!! 謝謝貴雜誌給Serena小小的曝光機會呢!!!

曾經有ㄧ回把銀線當作我實驗的對象!!! 運用現成的銀線究竟能做出怎樣的作品呢?一開始我也沒有啥把握,直到第一件作品完成時,我可是整個熱情都被燃起又繼續創作第2件,第3件作品跟.......!!!
我之所以會喜歡我這些作品是因為我喜歡它的簡單自然的外型.
I used to experiment with silver wires !!! What can I do by using silver wire form? Actually I didn't' have any clues until I was finished first silver wire work , ha ha ... That made me constantly create second one, third one and .......The way I like my work since the shpaes are quite organic and simple.

雖然第4件作品我不是很滿意,等到哪一天那個fu來了, 我再繼續把他修改一下!! fu要是不對味,創作時可是會把作品搞砸的........屢試不爽 !!!!! 急不來的!
Although I am not satisfied with my fourth piece, I will wait until my "innovation feeling" back. And then I am going to alter it. When the "innovation feeling" is not right for you pieces, never ....ever to work on them. It will ruin them ......... my personal experience!!! no rush in that moment!

Creation Market @ Green Breeze / 綠風創意市集

Serena isn't an expert at creation market ! It had been half year that I didn't participate creation market .During dragon boat festival holidays, I joined Green breeze creation market! The venue which is such fabulauce to relax is surrounded by grass, lakes and trees.

Serena 陳禹潔的創意市集擺攤經驗並不多.距離上次創意市集擺攤也快半年了!! 端午連假Serena來到中壢綠風草原餐廳創意市集. 這地方真是好山好水放鬆心情的"好所在".

There was a nice view of a lake and grass oppsite my booth. Kids and pets juat played around. I really wanted to join them having fun! Surrounded grass are tress,which offered platforms for kids playing for. I did climb it! ha !

攤位ㄧ望眼過去就是一座湖跟一片綠油油的草皮!!! 小朋友跟寵物不時在草地上嬉戲追逐.害我超想躺在草地上沿著草皮坡度打滾的!!! (其它攤友制止我 哈哈!) 草皮周圍的大樹上可以讓小朋友爬上嬉戲!! 真的很棒!! 小時後的我還滿喜歡爬到樹上坐在樹枝上跟玩伴聊天!! 當然我也不免俗的也爬上去乾過癮一下 .

Last yaer i ran into my classmate in a creation market, who is responsoble for interior & architecture design of Green breeze restaurant . She bought a pendant Evoking memories of Stockholm from me. By an opportunity, one day when my classmate was wearing my work ,the restaurant of "big boss" saw my work. He likes too. ha ha . Thus this time at Green breeze creation market, the big boss also bough a necklace (Series of Love - Recovering) from me .

其實這次會來綠風草原餐廳創意市集是有一段小故事! 去年年底在某次創意市集遇到以前同學! 這位同學正是設計綠風草原餐廳的設計師也就是日涵設計創辦者.當初這位同學買了我的"喚起斯德哥爾摩印象-手繪系列墬鍊. 同學某日戴上我的作品被綠風草原餐廳的"董ㄟ"看到!! 小小讚許一下!! 就這樣因緣際會之下來到綠風草原餐廳創意市集. 市集當天 "董ㄟ" 也買了Serena的戀愛3部曲 - 康復期項鍊呢!

It's really awful since all the photos I took at Green breeze creation market that they all gone! but lucky me. The booth next to me is fly to me100 studio, he helped me to take the photos .

市集當天Serena陳禹潔可是拍了很多照片呢! 無奈相機出狀況! 所有照片泡湯! 幸好攤友飛特米工作室Big Jean鼎力相助幫Serena 拍了很多照片! 感謝 ! 也感謝當天到市集幫忙還有載送Serena到中壢來回的朋友!

Camilla Svensson with her family

Few days ago, when I was checking my mails and looked at attached photos, I just couldn't stop smiling !!! One of my Swedish classmate Camilla Svensson just send me some photos of her little sunshine prince Elliot.Her son is so so so chubby & adorable !!!!!! One of photo is Elliot wearing earmuffs and panda pacifier, which is really entertainment one !!! It reminds me that I did take a photo of his mum in our school hammering room when his mum was hammering her assignment. It would be fun to put 2 photos together! haaa ...

前幾天收信時收到來自瑞典同學Camilla Svensson的信,裡頭還有她那寶貝兒子近照.打開信件看到照片時我不自覺ㄧ直咪咪的笑!!! 照片實在太可愛了啦!!!!! 又圓又討人喜歡 !! 其中有一張照片是同學寶貝兒子帶著工業用耳罩同時還含著ㄧ顆奶嘴!!! 娛樂效果十足!! 記得當時在學校時,我也幫同學拍過ㄧ張照片,當時同學也是戴著耳罩,在學校敲打室努力賣命要完成功課!!! 當下決定要把那張照片找出來,跟她兒子戴耳罩的照片擺一起!!!

同學很專注在學校敲打室完成課業!同學敲打的技巧真的不是蓋!!! 很專業!!! 接下來你可以欣賞到她那寶貝兒子所帶來的娛樂照片!!!

我想樣跟我家阿母一樣酷啦!雖然我還含著熊貓奶嘴!我也要戴耳罩拍張照模仿我家媽咪口以嗎?I want to be as cool as my mum with wearing earmuffs and panda pacifier!!!

Times is flying and terrifies me !!! When I was studying in Sweden, I met some good classmates,who were Emely Ahlsen,Klara Schmidt,Hedda Bjerkeli and Camilla Svensson .We used to hung out a lot during school time ! .......had lunch together, fika(Swedish coffee break) together ,discussed our assignments together!!!

時間真的飛逝!!! 快到有點嚇到我了.當時在瑞典唸書時,交到幾位不錯的同學.有Emely Ahlsen,Klara Schmidt,Hedda Bjerkeli 跟 這位Camilla Svensson .大家在學校時候常常圍在一起吃中餐,Fika(瑞典話"喝咖啡時間")也常常一起討論學校課業.

Right now my those Swedish classmates are all being a mum! Some of them are not only being a mum, but also having their own career ! Now return to myself, my schedule is severe laggard !! ha .... ha ...

如今我那這幾位同學都升格當媽咪了.有的不僅當了阿母! 還有自己的事業呢! 回過頭來看看自己,我樣樣進度嚴重落後啦!!! 哈哈.........

Camilla is a very kind person.Once she even invited me to her backhome "Gothenburg" .She was worried about me who would be lonely during long holidays without family reunion!Furthermore,she was the person who send me to emergency when I was quite ill at school! I still remember that I stayed in emergency about 8 hours, around midnight she came to hospital and picked me home! On the way to my place,I said to her, I was so sorry to bothering your school time. She replied me smiley" Hej Serena it's OK!! because of you otherwise I wouldn't have a chance to see such nice night views in the downtown" ! I always remember that!!!!!

同學Camilla真是大好人ㄧ枚!! 有一次瑞典放長假!大家都回自己家裡跟家人團聚.那一次Camilla怕我放長假無聊又沒家人陪,她把我也帶回她南部老家哥德堡跟她家人同聚!還有一次是我在學校生病,也是Camilla開車載我到急診室.我在急診室待了超過8小時,我先叫Camilla先回去學校趕作業.到了快午夜,Camilla又來醫院接我.在送我回家的路上, 我ㄧ直覺的很不好意思耽誤到同學學校課業跟她抱歉及道謝.她笑笑回我,要不是因為你我還真沒在午夜欣賞過市中心的夜景勒!!! 永遠記得那句話!!!

我家阿母幫我畫的妝!!! 很喜感吧!!!! 待會我要跟我表姐出門參加化妝舞會呢!!

韌性的過與不及!

今天上網收尋資料時,無意間看到某位才女往生的資料畫面. 雖然這已經是今年2月份的事件.還是讓欣賞她的我繼續在她的部落格瀏覽逗留許久! 是面臨怎樣的事情讓這位才女有了結束自己生命的念頭,我不得而知.不過這到讓我對人在面臨人生中的難題時所展現出來的"韌性"到有一些想法!

猶記在瑞典學校的project常常是為期2-3個月.指導教授都是先暖場之後就回荷蘭.我們得靠自己摸索.有事情寫信給他,不然就是跟其它2位指導老師約時間面談 .........漫長的創作時間是得靠自己摸索,思考跟實驗.......這是指導教授ㄧ貫教學作風.沒有金工實作經驗的我ㄧ開始還真不知道如何起頭............常常耗在學校圖書館找資料,有了想法時就問技術老師該如何克服.我曾找過指導老師談, 但是越談我腦子的想法越被拆散......那段期間真的很沮喪.......ㄧ直在摸索自己的創作方式. 不想被其他同學看輕自己的能力只好ㄍㄧㄥ住內心的情緒好好拼出一件作品. 不大喜歡畫草稿的我也不喜歡跟指導老師討論自己想法. 在同學眼裡我還真是個怪咖.那段期間我滿腦子都是作品,半夜睡醒也是腦子浮現作品的想法.星期六跟日也是耗在學校. 我ㄧ向是早起的人,假日很早就到學校打拼.常常斗大的教室跟實習工廠教室只有我一人,很可怕.......還是繼續做我的作品........整個人ㄍㄧㄥ到最高點.

2個月多的時間過去了.指導教授終於要驗收大家的作品了.每位同學的作品都是要活生生血淋淋攤在自己工作桌上並且面對著指導教授,老師及同學們作簡介.要是你的作品無法說服教授,教授也會很直接對大家說出他對你作品的評論.......很殘酷(很多同學常常是在作簡介時掉眼淚).我那次作品的確獲得指導教授很不錯的評價,也跟同學證明我不是科班出身但我也沒輸給你們.......

那是我生平第一件銀飾作品.看到最後成果時真的不敢相信自己的"韌性"竟能完成這樣的作品.當然在project結束之後, 我那生理跟心理ㄍㄧㄥ到最高點的"韌性"也整個的放鬆下來. 幾天後我在學校整個絞痛翻滾,被同學送到急診室...........

當"韌性"用的不恰當時就會轉變成心理上的"任性"如同迷宮般似的遊走............讓人走不出來.或者是當"韌性"用到最高點時, 鬆懈後的心理會將不悅表達給生理.這時生理上的疼痛與疾病也就產生了.........心理的不悅生理都知道 !!!!

以下這件作品就是我"韌性"的背後所完成的.
